The first teaser of Saif Ali Khan, Hrithik Roshan's Vikram Vedha is out. The film is a remake of 2017 South film of the same name . The original movie featuring R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupati was highly appreciated for their performances and garnered positive reviews from critics and audiences.
Directed by Pushkar & Gayatri, who also directed the Original and produced by Bhushan Kumar & S Sashikanth, Vikram Vedha will hit the big screens this year on September 30.
Vikram Vedha Teaser
The over a minute long teaser features Hrithik as a dreaded gangster Vedha while Saif features as a cop on a mission. Vikram Vedha teaser which was launched earlier today shows a glimpse of the duo’s world, loaded with blood, power, bullets and a powerful past. “It is easier to choose between good and evil. Vikram Vedha follows the story of a cop, who is on a hunt to nab a gangster. Things take a turn when the gangster voluntarily surrenders himself and tells the officer his back story which challenges his perceptions of good and evil. The original starred R Madhavan as the cop while Vijay Sethupathi played the dreaded gangster.
The film marks the return of Hrithik Roshan to the sliver screen three years after his blockbuster action film War. This is also the first time that Hrithik has teamed up with Saif, who was last seen in Bunty Aur Babli 2. Vikram Vedha also stars Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf among others.
Meanwhile, Hrithik is also prepping for Siddharth Anand next film Fighter that will see him starring opposite Deepika Padukone. Saif will be next seen in Adipurush alongside Prabhas, Kriti Sanon. The film will be released in theatres in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
