Who Is Maria Ryaboshapka? Ukrainian Actor Making Her Tollywood Debut

The Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Story actor Maria Ryaboshapka will soon be seen in her first Telugu language film. Ryaboshapka is a Ukrainian actor and the announcement of her joining the cast was made recently by the Suresh Productions on social media. They posted a picture of the actor along with a warm welcome.

The production house wrote, "Delighted to welcome the gorgeous #MariaRyaboshapka onboard as the female lead in our #SK20. @Siva_Kartikeyan @anudeepfilm @MusicThaman @SVCLLP #NarayanDasNarang @puskurrammohan @iamarunviswa."

The film has reportedly begun shooting but the name of this Telugu film has not been revealed yet. The film is directed by Anudeep KV, who had previously risen to popularity with Jathi Ratnalu. Ryaboshapka is cast opposite the Tamil actor Sivakarthikeya. It is his debut too in Telugu cinema.

The film is reportedly going to be a cheerful love comedy that will unfold in multiple locations at Pondicherry in India and London in the United Kingdom. It is a bilingual film in Tamil and Telugu. It is being produced by Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, Suresh Productions and Shanthi Talkies.

The soundtrack for the film is composed by S Thaman.

Who Is Maria Ryaboshapka?

Apart from acting, Ryaboshapka is also a model. She is famous for playing the role of Natasha for the Disney+Hotstar show in 2021 titled Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Story. She first made her debut in the industry with the Ukrainian film named Air in 2018.

The 24-year-old is from Kyiv in Ukraine. She attended Kyiv National IK Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University. She has done a course in performing arts.

Back in 2014, she created her YouTube account named after her. In 2021, it has only 183 subscribers. In 2018, she played the role of Malgorzata in the Ukrainian film named Eter.

Apart from acting and modelling, she is a big fan of reading books and travelling. She is fluent in three languages--Ukrainian, Russian and English. She is also trained in dance forms like Classical, Ballet, Polka, amongst others.

She also loves playing sports like horse-riding, table tennis, ice skating, amongst others. An Instagram profile that shows her name and pictures mentions that she is new to social media and has 4,639 followers. She does not have a Twitter account.
