Limited series Inventing Anna, which is based on the infamous con artist Anna 'Delvey' Sorokin's life is receiving quite positive feedback from viewers. This is the second consecutive show after The Tinder Swindler revolving around con artists that has gotten social media talking, despite coming out in different formats. If you have watched the show, you now know all about Anna Delvey. But did you know that the character of investigative journalist Vivian Kent is actually based on a scribe named Jessica Pressler? She is the journalist who interviewed Sorokin during her time in prison in an attempt to trace her life as a fraud who conned rich New Yorkers, hotels and banks for money. In the show, the character of Vivian Kent has been played by actor Anna Chlumsky.

Netflix mini-series Inventing Anna revolves around Anna 'Delvey' Sorokin (Julia Garner) as she recollects her fraudulent life while interviewing for journalist Vivian Kent (played by Anna Chlumsky). Pressler is also the producer and writer of the nine-part series that has been created by Shonda Rhimes.
