The promo for the fourth season's third episode of Koffee With Karan features Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Akshay Kumar as guests. The third episode of the series will be released shortly, and the promo also came with the release date and sneak peek into the show. The promo promises that the episode would be entertaining and that the well-known actor-duo's responses would entertain both the audience and the host, Karan Johar.

As Karan Johar greets his guests in the promo, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is taken into Akshay Kumar's arms as they enter the show. Akshay Kumar wore a blue suit, while Prabhu was dressed in a pink and red outfit. Prabhu and Kumar sit down on the couch, and Johar announces, "Prabhu and Kumar are the leading and most successful actors in India." Samantha Ruth Prabhu stated that she didn't mind Akshay Kumar carrying her inside. Kumar has appeared on Koffee with Karan before, but Samantha Prabhu will be making her show debut.

As Johar asks about her divorce, Samantha Ruth Prabhu answers, "You're the reason for unhappy marriages." Prabhu's reply surprises Karan Johar, and Akshay Kumar seems pleased to have found a "jodidaar" to take Johar's case.

Later on in the show, Samantha Prabhu and Akshay Kumar show their dance moves, and Kumar even spins Prabhu. In the rapid-fire round, Kumar responds when asked what he would do if Chris Rock made fun of his wife, Twinkle Khanna. "Pay for his funeral," he says.
