Pachinko is a drama television series based on a novel of the same name by Manhattan-based author and journalist Min Jin Lee. It was developed by Soo Hugh and directed by Kogonada and Justin Chon. This magnificent narrative tells the story of four generations of a Korean immigrant family's hopes and dreams. The story begins with forbidden love and progresses through a saga that spans Korea, Japan, and America, telling a tale of war and peace, love and loss, triumph and reckoning.

Pachinko Cast and Plot:

Pachinko( the lead) is primarily Korean and Japanese in origin. The series will be led by actor Youn Yuh-jung, who will play the older version of protagonist Sunja, whose trip to Japan will emphasise the racial tensions of the time.

Kim Sun-Ja is teenage Sunja (Kim Min-Ha) was born and raised in Busan, Korea, in the early twentieth century, during the Japanese occupation of the country. She develops feelings for a man named Koh Han-Su (Lee Min-Ho). She can tell he's a powerful man from a different socioeconomic class than her, but she doesn't know anything about him. Meanwhile, Baek Isak (Noh Sang-Hyun), a church priest, stays at Kim Sun-Ja. When he learns of Kim Sun's predicament, Ja attempts to help her, but when he sees her unwavering determination, he proposes to her. Kim Sun-Ja soon relocates to Japan, where he encounters difficulties as a Korean immigrant in a strange land.
