Haseen Dillruba's New Song Phisal Jaa Tu Is About Giving Into The Temptation Of Love

Haseen Dillruba new song: The latest song from Taapsee Pannu's upcoming film Haseen Dillruba was released today. Titled Phisal Ja Tu, the song has been composed by musician Amit Trivedi, its lyrics have been penned by Kshitij Patwardhan, while singer Abhijeet Srivastava sung it.

Haseen Dillruba is an upcoming thriller which features Pannu in the lead, alongside Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane. The film will have an OTT release in July 2 this year. Directed by Vinil Mathew, Haseen Dillruba's screenplay, dialogues and story are by Kanika Dhillon.
The first song from the film's album, Dil Melt Karda, was launched on June 15. While Trivedi has composed this song too, its lyrics have been written by Varun Grover and singers Navraj Hans and Nikhita Gandhi gave their voices to it. Check out more about Dil Melt Kardahere.
About the film
Haseen Dillruba is a psychological thriller centred around a love triangle. The movie will see Pannu essay the role of a woman who is a ‘self-obsessed borderline narcissist’. Pannu also said that she wants the audience to expect something that is out of the box and is completely new with the film. While Pannu plays the role of Rani Kashyap, Massey will be seen as her husband Rishabh and Rane will be the "other" man in Rani's life.

In a recent interview, Pannu had revealed that she wasn't the first choice for the film. "The day Kanika Dhillon told me about the basic concept of Haseen Dilruba, I liked it a lot. Unfortunately, I was not the first choice for the film. It eventually came to me, after they exhausted all their options," she said.

Pannu also added that Haseen Dillruba is not just a beautifully written mystery, it has wonderful characters involved which is like candy in an actor's hands. "I am glad I got to experiment with my look with this one. I am definitely not the go-to person for this kind of character conventionally and we all love to take risks here."

The trailer of this murder mystery was launched on June 11. Pannu took to social media to share it, writing, "Ek tha Raja, ek thi Rani, hui shuru ek khooni prem kahani."
