Which ‘Riverdale’ Character Would Suhana Khan Be Playing In The Archies?

An Indian adaptation of an American teen drama, Riverdale, will be directed by Zoya Akhtar and produced by Tiger Baby and Graphic India. The series was based on the characters of Archie Comics, and hence the adaption is named The Archies.

Riverdale’s plot revolved around a tiny town called Riverdale, where a group of youngsters attempt to unravel the evils that lie behind this seemingly harmless town when a teenager is murdered. Riverdale premiered to good reviews on January 26, 2017. The series was renewed for a sixth season in February 2021, which premiered on November 16, 2021.

The Archies‘ first poster and cast announcement trailer were released today by the streaming site. The Indian adaptation of Riverdale will be released in 2023, but the film has already generated a lot of attention as the popular star kids are going to make their debut in the film. Riverdale stars KJ Apa as Archie Andrews, who will be played by Agastya Nanda, Lili Reinhart as Betty Cooper, who will be played by Khushi Kapoor, and Camila Mendes as Veronica Lodge, who will be played by Suhana Khan. Along with the celebrity kids, this film also features Dot, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina, and Yuvraj Menda.

Suhana Khan in The Archies:

Suhana Khan will play Veronica Lodge in the film. Camila Carraro Mendes, an American actor and singer, portrays this character in Riverdale. In 2017, she earned the Teen Choice Award for Choice Scene Stealer for her role as Veronica Lodge.

Veronica is a Manhattan girl who goes to Riverdale at the start of the series with the hope of improving herself after her father’s abrupt imprisonment forces her to think about her life. She is revealed to be extremely ambitious, with a strong drive to succeed but yet attempting to stay uncorrupted and humble.

She had a very successful career on Wall Street following the time leap in season five of Riverdale, but she had to give it up after becoming trapped in a toxic relationship with her abusive husband, from whom she was divorced, and now she is the girlfriend of Archie’s long-time friend and rival.
