Sridevi death anniversary: Today marks the third death anniversary of popular Bollywood actor Sridevi. The Chandni actor’s daughters recently performed a puja at her Chennai home, along with their father Boney Kapoor. Sridevi died from a cardiac arrest in Dubai, in the year 2018.

According to a report, Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor visits the late actor’s home in Mylapore, Chennai with his daughters, every year since her death. Last year, Khushi Kapoor could not take part in the puja as she was in New York completing her studies.

This morning, Sridevi’s elder daughter Janhvi shared a picture of a handwritten note on Instagram, with the caption, “Miss u”. The note, presumably in her mother’s handwriting says, “I love you my labbu you are the best baby in the world.”

One of India’s most versatile actors, Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018, at the age of 54. The actor was in Dubai with her husband and younger to attend a family wedding. Her elder daughter Janhavi was in Mumbai shooting.

Born on 13 August 1963, Sridevi was not only a revered name in Bollywood, but she had also worked in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films. She was awarded the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian honour, in 2013.
