Severance Plot:

Lumon Industries, a nefarious biotech firm, uses a "severance" medical treatment to separate some of its workers' non-work memories from their work recollections. Mark, a recently terminated employee, gradually finds a web of intrigue on both sides of the division.

Mark runs the Corporate Archive Division of Lumon, a mega-corporation, and supervises a staff of employees whose memories have been surgically separated into work and personal life. When Mark's coworker runs into him outside of work, things take a turn for the worse. Nothing is what it appears to be.

Adam Scott, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Jen Tullock, Dichen Lachman, Michael Chernus, John Turturro, Christopher Walken, and Patricia Arquette star in the drama.

Mark Scout, a Lumon Industries employee in the Macrodata Refinement division who is part of the "severance" programme, is played by Adam Scott. His character is also seen mourning the loss of his wife. Britt Lower plays Helly, the "new female" replacement for a worker named Pete, and Zach Cherry plays Dylan, Mark's severed coworker who enjoys business privileges.

Severance Season 2 Release Date:

The nine-episode series aired on Apple TV+ on February 18, 2022, to widespread acclaim from critics, who praised the story and performances. The makers and producers have yet to announce the second season, but according to several reports, the series will have a second season.
