Rhea Kapoor: The Entrepreneur-Producer Who Gives Us Fashion Goals

Rhea Kapoor birthday: Film producer and entrepreneur Rhea Kapoor celebrates her birthday today. Her sister Sonam Kapoor took to Instagram to wish her, writing, "Happy happy birthday to my soulmate/bestfriend/sister @rheakapoor , first birthday I’ve missed because of this ridiculous time. I love you so much and miss you more. No one comes close to your smarts, empathy and capacity for giving and love."

Sonam Kapoor further raised a toast to her sister in her post, writing, "To always being partners and sisters." Kapoor's partner Karan Boolani too posted a birthday wish for her on Instagram. "I hope that someday I can bring into your life as much happiness and joy as you have brought me. Wish you a birthday filled with laughter and love and that your next year is even better than your last. Happy Birthday," he wrote.

Rhea Kapoor is the daughter of actor Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor. Kapoor’s career as a film producer began with the 201o film Aisha, after which she produced Khoobsurat in 2014, both starring her sister in the lead.

Kapoor also co-produced the comedy Veere Di Wedding, a sequel to which is said to be in the pipeline. Apart from being a film producer, Kapoor is also a celebrity stylist who has styled for the films Aisha and Players. As a stylist, Kapoor has styled her sister Sonam Kapoor multiple times and has also worked with actor Kareena Kapoor Khan.

In 2017, Rhea Kapoor, along with her sister, launched the clothing line Rheson. While speaking about the creation of their clothing line, Rhea stated that "Many brands had approached Sonam for endorsement. They wanted to design and start a fashion line with her. But then Sonam came and told me ‘Let’s make our own brand. Let’s do it right.’”
