Rashmika Mandanna, Allu Arjun Starrer Pushpa Set For Release: All About The Film

Pushpa Release date: Producers of Pushpa: The Rise announced on August 3 that the first part of the movie will hit the theatres on Christmas this year. The first song of the action thriller movie will be released on August 13.

After seeing a delay posed by the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the multilingual action-thriller film will have a countrywide theatrical release by the end of this year, according to producers Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar.

Pushpa Release Date

• The first part of the Arya fame Sukumar directed film was previously postponed due to the second wave of the pandemic. The release date now stands at this year's Christmas.
• "The film has already created a lot of buzz among the audiences and we are thrilled to announce that the first part will get a Christmas release this year," the makers said.
• The first song of the film will be released on August 13.
• The second part of the film is expected to be released in 2022, the makers announced.
• Apart from Tamil, the film will be also released in Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam.

Pushpa: The Rise Cast

• The film will feature Telegu actor Allu Arjun in the role of Pushpa Raj. It will also feature Dear Comrade and Geetha Govindam actor Rashmika Mandanna and National Award-winning star Fahadh Fassil in the lead roles.
• Other actors include Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj and Dhananjay among others.
• Faasil is known for his performance in acclaimed movies like Malik, Joji, Super Deluxe and Kumbalangi Nights. He will be reportedly playing the role of an antagonist in the multilingual film.
