Made In Heaven 2 Shooting Wrapped, So When Is The Show Releasing?

Popular web series Made in Heaven debuted in 2019 and amassed a huge following due to its unique premise and chic execution of the concept. Since the conclusion of its first season, fans have been speculating about the renewal of the series with its second season. A recent development indicates that the viewers' wait might soon be over.

Made in Heaven follows the story of two wedding planners as they handle the drama behind the big-fat Indian weddings along with the chaos of their personal lives. The show's cast is led by Shobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Jim Sarbh, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Neel Madhav, Vijay Raaz and others among major roles. It has been produced by Farhan Akhtar-led Excel Entertainment and created by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti.

Earlier in March 2022, the cast and crew of the series celebrated three years since Made In Heaven first came out. Co-creator Zoya Akhtar marked the occasion saying, "I can’t believe it has been 3 years since the release of Made In Heaven. I am so proud to have created a show that has left an impact on so many." While on the other hand, lead actor Shobhita Dhulipala had an interesting announcement for the fans of the show to stir the excitement amongst them. The actor took to Instagram and revealed, "So hyped about the INSANE season 2 we cooked up. Dropping in a few months."

Made in Heaven showcases all that goes behind organising high-class Indian weddings, where the expense is no bar, while also taking a glimpse at the compulsions of the middle-class. Tara (Dhulipala) wants to be more than just an industrialist's wife while Karan (Mathur) attempts to seek acceptance of his identity in his own home. The other characters deal with their own highs and lows while trying to make sense out of their lives. The fans have been speculating on numerous theories regarding the plot of Season 2. However, what actually happens will only be revealed once the season is out.

Made in Heaven 2 Release Date

Earlier this month, Shobhita Dhulipala took to social media to share the shoot wrap for the second season. Posting an animated poster of her character on Instagram, she wrote, "It’s a wrap for big cat boss trooper Tara Khanna on season 2 of Made in Heaven! Can’t wait to show you the fire that’s been blazing quietly."
