Kiara Advani Starrer 'Satyaprem Ki Katha' Wrapped, Know Details Here

Bollywood actor Kiara Advani on Sunday announced the completion of the Gujarat schedule for her forthcoming musical romance saga movie, Satyaprem Ki Katha.

The film's creators recently travelled to Gujarat to shoot the second schedule. " Schedule wrap #SatyapremKiKatha", Kiara Advani wrote in the caption of a photo she posted on Instagram with the team's crew.

Following their hugely successful horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani's second on-screen collaboration is Satyaprem Ki Katha, directed by Sameer Vidhwans and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The movie, described as a musical romantic saga, is scheduled to open in theatres on June 29, 2023.

The movie's title, Satyanarayan Ki Katha, which translates to "the story of Satyanarayan," another name for the Hindu divinity Vishnu, caused controversy. "The title of the film emerges organically through the creative process. We have decided to change the title of our recently announced film ‘Satyanarayan ki Katha’ to avoid hurting sentiments, even if that’s purely unintentional. Producers of the film and the creative team also are in complete support of this decision. We will be announcing a new title for our love story in due course of our journey.Sincerely, Sameer Vidwans," the statement stated.

In addition, Advani will star with Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar in the comedic ">thriller Govinda Naam Mera. On December 16, 2022, the movie will begin to stream exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar.
