Kapil Sharma Introduces His New Family, Meet The Ensemble Cast

The Kapil Sharma Show's forthcoming season will get some new cast members and characters. The popular comedy series' most recent season concluded in June of this year, and the upcoming season was announced earlier this month.

The promo for fourth season of Kapil Sharma's talk show TKSS was shared by the creators with the caption, “Naye kalakaar, naye kirdaar! Kapil ka yeh parivaar banayega har weekend mazedaar! (New actors, new characters, this new family of Kapil will make the weekends fun).”

The Kapil Sharma Show New Cast

The show's original gang Kapil Sharma, Sumona Chakravarti, Chandan Prabhakar, and Kiku Sharda, will all return for the new season. As seen in the previous season, Kappu Sharma will be portrayed by Kapil Sharma, and Sumona Chakravarti will play Bindu, his wife. Chandan Prabhakar will again be seen as Kappu's pal Chandan, while Kiku Sharda plays Gudiya, a "mohalle ki dhoban". However, some new faces will also make their debut.

Actor Shrikant Maski will join the show as Maski, who is Chandan' better half. Other new characters include Kappu's brother-in-law, Goli; his mother-in-law, Roopmati; his father-in-law, Sundarda; and his ustaad ji, Gharchoddas. Actor Srishty Rode too will be seen on the show as "mohalle ki raunak" Ghazal.

For those who are unaware, Siddharth Sagar has already made appearances on TKSS in a variety of characters but he is expected to be a consistent part of the show in this new season. The new season will also feature Archana Puran Singh, who even shared some behind-the-scenes photos from the promo shoot. Additionally, it is said that Bharti Singh will also appear in the programme, though she won't do so regularly as she is currently filming Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs 9.

Meanwhile, actor Krushna Abhishek, who was well-known for playing a variety of characters, has chosen to leave the comedy show as a result of conflict with the producers.

Starting on September 10, TKSS will air on Sony TV on the weekends at 9:30 PM.
