 Jaya Bhardwaj wiki bio: On Thursday, Indian cricketer Deepak Chahar proposed to his girlfriend Jaya Bharadwaj in Dubai. What's unique about this proposal is that it took place after a match between Chennai Super Kings, of which Chahar is a part, and Punjab Kings, during the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Right-arm bowler Deepak Chahar got down on one knee and asked his girlfriend Jaya Bhardwaj to marry him.  The news was also shared on social media by Chahar’s sister Malti, who posted a picture of the couple announcing their engagement with the caption, "And my brother is takenLo mil gayi bhabhi😁. She is Jaya Bhardwaj and she isn’t a foreigner…Delhi Ki ladki h. God bless you both.”

The video of Chahar's proposal went viral in no time and was also shared from official handles of CSK and IPL. However, the proposal also sparked a flurry of memes on social media, which some fans of CSK didn't find appropriate, as the team has lost their match that day.
