As Jamtara Season 2 Releases, All You Need To Know About Its Cast,Plot

According to Netflix India Soumendra Padhi's Jamtara season 2, is scheduled to premiere soon. The stakes will be higher for Rocky, Sunny, and Gudiya, in the second season of the web series based on true crime stories as they intend to delve more deeply into the world of phishing and cybercrime.

Jamtara - Sabka Number Ayega web series is inspired by real crimes. The story of Rocky played by Anshuman Pushkar, Sunny, portrayed by Sparsh Shrivastav and Gudiya, played by Monika Panwar, who pulls a phishing scam in Jamtara among other school dropouts, was told in the first season of Jamtara - Sabka Number Ayega. Trishant Shrivastav wrote the narrative, while Soumendra Padhi is the film's director.

Jamtara 2 Cast

Sparsh, Monika, and Amit will all be back for Jamtara Season 2 along with Anshumaan Pushkar playing Rocky. Dibyendu Bhattacharya will play the part of an Inspector in the series, and Aksha Pardhasany will play the Superintendent of Police. Seema Pahwa, best known for her role in Ramprasad ki Tehrvi, and Ravi Chahal will play two new characters in the second season.

Jamtara 2 Plot

The plot centres on a group of young, skilled phishers from a small town who run with a corrupt politician who wants a piece of their lucrative business. Finally, a police officer stands up to them all.

The new season introduces more scam artists and hidden dangers while weaving in existing rivalries with new characters.

It intensifies the situation as Gudiya (Monika Panwar) battles Brajesh (Amit Sial). This season shows how the youthful con artists in Jamtara have expanded and reinvented phishing, which has put them up against a wall. Sunny Mondal (Sparsh Shrivastav), his older cousin Rocky (Anshumaan Pushkar), and Gudiya take on Brajesh Bhaan, a local politician, despite significant odds, politics, and an unquenchable desire for power. Director Soumendra Padhi reportedly said, "Over the last few years, we`ve seen a huge uptick in the number of phishing scams. All of us at some point have received a call asking for our OTP number or CVV code," while discussing Jamtara 2.

Jamtara - Sabka Number Ayega: S2 is releasing next Friday on September 23, 2022.
