How to watch Samantar Season 2: Season 2 of Marathi web-series Samantar will start streaming todayThe show follows the journey of Kumar Mahajan, a man who feels his luck is cursed. In search of a solution, Mahajan comes to know that a man named Sudarshan Chakrapani has already lived his life. In season two, we see Mahajan get his hands on Chakrapani’s diaries chronicling his past, and Kumar’s future. Will Kumar’s luck finally turn?

The highly anticipated original series based on a book by the same name is back with exciting twists and turns and a concept that makes for a one-of-a-kind thriller. Here is how you can watch the series released today.

Samantar Season 2’s broadcasting rights have been reserved by MX Player, and fans can stream the series for free through the digital streaming platform. Season 1 of the web series had 10 episodes, all of which are also available on the said platform for viewing, and all the episodes of season 2 will go live from July 1.

Samantar Season 2 will also be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, and Telegu, with all three languages releasing together at the same time.

Samantar Season 2 And Its Highly-Anticipated Cast Ensemble

Season 1 of the show ended on a cliffhanger with Kumar having found Chakrapani and his past diaries that reveal the future occurrences of Kumar’s life. Samantar Season 2 has some new additions to the cast, apart from Swwapnil Joshi and Tejaswini Pandit essaying their roles from season one (Kumar and Nima Mahajan) with Sai Tamhankar as the mysterious woman who enters Kumar’s life. It is also being speculated that Tamhankar will be seen in a double role in the new season.

The Satish Rajwade directorial marks the digital debut of the well-known Marathi actor Swwapnil Joshi and also features veteran actor Nitish Bharadwaj in a key role. The series is based on a novel by Suhas Shirwalkar.

Joshi, Tamhankar and Pandit have previously worked together in 2015 in the Marathi romantic drama Tu Hi Re, which was highly appreciated by regional audiences and critics equally.
