What Is Vikrant Massey, Radhika Apte Starrer 'Forensic' Release Time?

In the upcoming movie Forensic, actors Vikrant Massey and Radhika Apte play the key characters as they look into a string of killings. The OTT streaming service announced the teaser and release date for Forensic. Here is the film's release schedule as the series prepares to launch on OTT.

The drama Forensic centres on the pursuit of a deadly serial killer by a forensic scientist and police personnel. Apte will play the role of a police officer in the small Uttarakhand town of Mussoorie, while Massey will play a forensic officer.

Prachi Desai, Rohit Roy, and Vindu Dara Singh all play significant parts in the film. Vishal Furia is the director of the Soham Rockstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd and Mini Films production Forensic. According to reports, the film is an adaptation of the 2020 South Indian film by Akhil Paul and Anas Khan of the same name.

Even though Forensic is a remake of a South movie, the Apte asserted, "The viewers will be in for an unexpected shock since this is not simply another murder mystery. The shock is unavoidable, the suspense is "killer," and the plot is tightly knit."

In a statement regarding the film, Vikrant Massey said, "I am delighted that for the first time in Bollywood, we have a movie with a forensic expert in the protagonist. Forensic specialists are so undervalued."

The trailer was released on June 9 and it begins with a stressed Apte asking her colleague what has occurred, and then she is informed of the murders of young girls on their birthday in Mussoorie. The investigation will eventually include forensic officer Johnny, played by Massey. However, the cases become more challenging when they look into the problem more deeply.

As she last appeared in the 2020 film Raat Akeli Hai with Nawazuddin Siddiqui, this will be Apte's first movie after that year. The actor will also appear in the September 30, 2022, release of Vikram Vedha, which also stars Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan. Massey also has Mumbaikar, Yaar Jigri, and season two of Made in Heaven.

On June 24, Zee5 will premiere the remake of the psychological thriller Forensic.
