Kaun Pravin Tambe?
Release Date: April 1, 2022
Starring Shreyas Talpade, Ashish Vidyarthi, Parambrata Chatterjee and Anjali Patil, the sports biopic will follow the story of right-handed leg spinner Pravin Tambe (Talpade) who made his biggest cricket league debut at the age of 41, having never played international or even first-class cricket previously. The biopic was dubbed, “A contemporary tale about an underdog who defied his fate and triumphed over it.”
Better Nate Than Ever
Release Date: April 1, 2022
The dramedy film stars Rueby Wood, Lisa Kudrow and Joshua Bassett in pivotal roles. The musical focuses on a Midwestern teen Nate Foster who fantasises about becoming a major Broadway musical star. When he is constantly neglected and never given the lead roles he is deserving of, his close friend Libby (Aria Brooks) and Nate flee to New York to pursue their aspirations.
Ice Age: Scrat Tales
Release Date: April 13, 2022
In its all-new animated episodes, the makers of Ice Age will show Scrat, the poor sabre-toothed squirrel, from the adventures, going through the ups and downs of parenting. In the animated series, Chris Wedge will be voicing Scrat while Kari Wahlgren will voice Baby Scrat. Given Scrat’s chaotic nature, the comedy-animated series will definitely be a laughter riot.
Barry Season 3
Release Date: April 25, 2022
The eight-episode series follows the story of Barry Berkman (Bill Hader), a hitman discharged from Marine from Cleveland. He flies to Los Angeles to assassinate a target. Lonely and disillusioned with life, he ends up finding an embracing community in a bunch of eager aspirants within the L.A. theatre industry. The series also stars Stephen Root, Sarah Goldberg, Glenn Fleshler and Anthony Carrigan.
Reportedly, on April 29, 2022, Akshay Kumar's film Mission Cinderella will be released digitally on Disney+ Hotstar. Like Bachchhan Paandey, this is also a remake of a Tamil film. The film Mission Cinderella is a remake of the hit film Ratsasan. In this film, Akshay Kumar will play the role of a cop. Vashu Bhagnani and Jacky Bhagnani produced the film, which also stars Rakul Preet Singh. However, there has been no official confirmation yet.
