Chehre teaser out, Rhea Chakraborty missing again: The teaser of Emraan Hashmi and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Chehre was unveiled today. While it is being reported that Rhea Chakraborty plays a key role in this film, she is neither seen in the official teaser, not the cast that is mentioned below it. Prior to the teaser, Chakraborty was also missing from the film's poster that was released some days ago.

Apart from Bachchan, Hashmi and Chakraborty, Chehre also features Krystle D’Souza, Annu Kapoor and Raghubir Yadav. The thriller has been directed by Rumi Jaffrey, who has previously helmed films like Gali Gali Chor Hai and Salman Khan- Priyanka Chopra starrer God Tussi Great Ho. Chehre will have a theatrical release on April 9.
It is also being speculated that Chakraborty has been dropped from the film following the Sushant Singh Rajput death case and the resultant drug nexus probe by Narcotics Control Bureau. The first poster of the film unveiled February 23 did not feature Chakraborty and did not name her on the cast list. Also, when the film's lead actor Hashmi shared the teaser date some days ago, he did not tag Chakraborty in his post.
Even in his post unveiling the teaser of Chehre today, Hashmi has not tagged Rhea Chakraborty. "Are you ready to #FaceTheGame? Kyuki iss adaalat mein khel ki shuruaat ho chuki hai.
#ChehreTeaser out now," captioned his Instagram post.
