Boomika Starring Aishwarya Rajesh Comes Out With Second Trailer

Boomika Trailer: The upcoming horror-thriller Tamil film’s trailer released on August 16. The film features Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead role. Boomika will premiere on August 23 on OTT platform and Star Vijay channel. 

Here are the ten things you should know about the film Boomika

1. The film's release date was delayed for more than a year due to the outbreak of COVID-19
2. Boomika is directed by Rathindran R. Prasad. He made his directorial debut with Vedhalam Sollum Kathai, which is yet to be released.
3. Boomika will premiere on both streaming platform Netflix and the entertainment channel Star Vijay. 
4. The trailer indicates the thriller and horror unfolding amidst the dark aura of the forest. Some of the snippets from the trailer also suggest the film unfolds the tragedy caused by humans against nature.
5. The story of Boomika also portrays a woman as a robust lead who is solving the mystery in the forest.
6. According to the trailer, Boomika is focused on horror, mystery, crime and thriller.
7. Aishwarya Rajesh was recently seen in the film Thittam Irandu which was also a crime-thriller.
8. The twist in turn in the trailer makes the storyline unpredictable for the fans.
9. The film is produced by Karthik Subbaraj starring Avantika Vandanapu, Vidhu, Surya Ganapathy, Pavel Navaneethan, Ayaan Abhishek, Madhuri.
10. Unlike any film's story that revolves around the love matter of Protagonist and their struggle to conquer obstacles. Boomika trailer suggests it stand out from the current film trend. At the beginning of the trailer, the song's lyrics give out a strong message to its viewers "Do not ruin this beautiful miracle called mother earth, even when you trample me, mercy is all I have shown on you".
