Bhojpuri Actor Trisha Kar Madhu's Private Video Leaked Online: Five Things To Know

Trisha Kar Madhu viral video case: Actor Trisha Kar Madhu, who is known for her bold roles in Bhojpuri films, is making headlines since her private video was leaked online this week. In the video, Madhu is seen in the company of a man in a compromising state. After the video went viral, people started trolling the actor on social media.

Reacting to this unfortunate incident, the popular Bhojpuri actor had said that she is very distressed about the whole matter as she couldn’t believe that there are such people (who made her private video viral) in Bihar. The actor wrote on her social media addressing the people who were sharing her video online she asked, "if your sister gets married and the next day, someone leaks her first-night video, it will be good right?"

However, details like when and how did it reach the social media platforms are yet to be clarified from her side.

Five things to know about the case:

1. Madhu, who is an avid social media user, reacted to her mms video leak matter this week after it went viral on social media. In the viral video, the actor can be seen in company of her boyfriend at an unknown location.

2. Taking to her Twitter handle, she shared her statement on the same. She also shared the same message on Facebook while addressing the incident in Hindi, and said, "God is watching everything. In a bid to defame me, some people made this video viral."

3. Madhu claimed that no one is "clean" in the Bhojpuri film industry, however in another post, she confessed that while the video was made by her, she was not aware of how it got published on social media.

4. Sharing another post on Facebook, she said," You all are saying that I made the video. Yes, we did make the video but I did not know that someone will backstab me. Anyone will do such a thing to degrade me, I never thought or I never knew."

5. The 27-year-old actor of Bengali origin made her screen debut with the Bhojpuri serial Ham Hai Hindustani. She has also appeared in several item songs with the leading actors of the Bhojpuri film industry.

Following Madhu, a controversial video of another Bhojpuri actor - Priyanka Pandit also went viral on social media. The actor who has done over 50 films said the the video was being shared with the intention to tarnish her image, however, the video featured another woman, not her. Some reports suggest that Padit's video had been in circulation for quite some time now, but when Trisha Kar Madhu's video went viral, the old clip resurfaced. There is no clarity on who circulated the video and whether or not Pandit has taken legal action in the matter as not much information is available on the case. Read more about this story here.
