Sidharth Shukla Funeral: Altercation Between Actor Sambhavna Seth, Husband And Police

Actor couple Avinash Dwivedi and Sambhavna Seth fight with police at late actor Sidharth Shukla's funeral, according to reports on Friday. A video of the same is doing rounds on social media and has gone viral. It shows a scuffle between the police and Dwivedi, whose face is shoved by uniformed officers surrounding him.

Formerly a Bigg Boss contestant, Seth was among many from the reality television show family who arrived for Shukla's last rites. Shukla's rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill was also in attendance, inconsolable, as seen in videos from the site. He was cremated at Oshiwara crematorium.

Shukla, winner of the reality show's thirteenth season, passed away at 40 on September 2, following a massive heart attack, as per initial reports. No injuries were found on his body, the post-mortem showed. Autopsy reports will further determine the cause of Shukla's death, Cooper Hospital doctors have said.

Sambhavna Seth Fight Video With Police Goes Viral

The video of Seth and her husband's altercation with the police shows her rushing towards Dwivedi who is circled by multiple officers. Though an argument appears to ensue, reasons for the fight are not yet clear.

Seth, known for courting controversy - the latest being a video she posted allegedly mocking her house help for which she was accused of casteism - expressed shock at Shukla's death on social media. She broke down talking to media, saying, "I cannot believe Sidharth is gone. We could not see his face ... his face was covered."
