Anagha Bhosale quits Anupamaa: Actor Anagha Bhosale will no longer be seen in Anupamaa. She has quit the show. In a statement, she said that she is taking a break from acting to explore and focus on her spiritual journey. She used to play the character of Nandini on Anupamaa. She played the role of a classical dancer who backed Anupamaa on the show.

As per reports, she has returned to her hometown Pune. She feels more relaxed now. She wants to focus on her spiritual journey and follow Lord Krishna's blessings. She is travelling solo at the moment.

She shared pictures of herself on Instagram and informed her fans that she is off on a solo trip to Jagannath Puri (Odisha). "If you never go, you’ll never know….some journeys are meant to be solo," she captioned her pics.

In an interview, she said that she has been a very spiritual person at heart. She said she has always been inclined towards spiritual activities but she realized that the industry was the opposite of what she expected. She didn't like the politics, unhealthy competition, race to look good that the industry is filled with. She also said that there is too much pressure to post on social media constantly. "If you don’t do these things, you are left behind. These things didn’t gel with my thought process," she said.

She also said that she gets a lot of messages from her fans who urge her to update her social media accounts but she finds it unnecessary.

The show Anupamaa premiered on Star Plus in July 2020 and features Rupali Ganguly in the titular role. It is produced by Rajan Shahi. The star cast of the show also includes Gaurav Khanna and Sudhanshu Pandeyand.
