Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor To Tie The Knot Soon?

Actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are expected to tie the knot soon, but when? The question remains unanswered. Speculations are rife that the couple will be getting married soon and their fans are eagerly waiting for the do. Reportedly the wedding will take place ahead of the decided dates because Alia’s grandfather N Razdan is not keeping well and wishes to see his granddaughter get married.

Ranbir Kapoor's best buddies Arjun Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji, and Aditya Roy Kapur among others will reportedly be seen at the wedding. The group will also be attending the rumoured bachelor party hosted by Kapoor. The reports also claim that the couple will get married in RK Studios in the city with limited guests in attendance. Ranbir's uncle, actor Randhir Kapoor has however refuted the speculation.

A publication reported that the two actors will reportedly get married in Mid-April after which Alia will fly out for the shoot of her Hollywood debut. She is expected to begin the shoot of her film Heart of Stone, in which she will appear alongside Israeli actor Gal Gadot, in May 2022.

"Alia will begin shooting for her Hollywood film in the month of May 2022. Post her wedding in mid-April, the actress will be flying to the United States Of America (USA) for her film's shoot," was quoted a close source to Bhatt.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen together for the first time on screen in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra which is scheduled to release on September 9, 2022.

Kapoor in an interview confirmed he will be marrying Alia soon; however, the actor was reluctant about revealing further information. The couple’s family and friends have also remained tight-lipped about the wedding plans which has persistently maintained an air of mystery around their wedding plans.

Bhatt’s father, filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and Kapoor’s aunt Rima Jain had earlier shot down rumours of their April wedding after the couple was spotted at designer Beena Kannan’s. She also had shared a picture with the couple on her social media further fuelling the rumours.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have been reportedly dating each other since 2018. The couple made their first public appearance at Sonam Kapoor's wedding in the same year.
