The Archies' trailer, which was released on November 9, introduced the actors of the film while also giving viewers a taste of the characters and their relationship. Agastya Nanda takes on the role of Archie Andrews, Khushi Kapoor as Betty Cooper, and Suhana Khan as Veronica Lodge. After seeing Dot in the film's trailer and poster, internet users are intrigued by the performer with the unusual name DOT.

Who Is Aditi Dot?

Dot is the daughter of Rock Street Journal's founder and well-known musician, Amit Saigal. She began her musical career in New Delhi, with other artists from One World College of Music, in a band named Blank. Aditi Saigal, better known by her stage name DOT,  went to Bangor to study music and creative writing before working as a special education teaching assistant. Her time in Wales(UK), plus the fact that it was close to concerts and open mics in Manchester and Liverpool, allowed her to interact with musicians, learn how to compose music and find her own sound.

In 2017, she surprised the indie music industry with raw recordings of herself singing tunes on the piano, Everybody Dances to Techno. Aditi Saigal was no stranger to the music business, having been born to a musician father, but fame came to her only after following "Techno."

The musician then released Khamotion, her debut extended play record (EP). Khamotion perceives DOT as embracing her "new sound"  that is jazzy, occasionally retro, with extra brass layers ranging from clarinets and woodwinds to trumpets and saxophones.

DOT strives to maintain her raw creative method even when creating professional music. Her YouTube page includes several original compositions as well as a few covers. Regina Spektor, KT Tunstall, and Paolo Nutini, as well as jazz singers Peggy Lee and Etta James, are believed to have inspired her creative path.
