Women Accuse Each Other's Husband Of Rape

In Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, a 32-year-old woman filed a complaint against a man for allegedly raping her multiple times as her husband was unable to repay a loan.

Earlier, a Hanumanganj police station registered a similar case on the complaint of the accused man's wife. She had also alleged that the other man was sexually assaulting her for her husband's failure to repay the load.

In primary investigations, it came to the fore that the two men were having a dispute over money and were sexually exploiting each other's wives.

Woman Presumed To Be Dead Found Alive As Accused Husband Was Imprisoned

In Rajasthan, the Mehandipur Balaji police detained a woman who was declared dead seven years ago while two accused of her murder served imprisonment.

The two accused tipped the police about the whereabouts of the woman.

The woman, Aarti got married to Sonu in 2015 and demanded to get land in her name along with money. After her husband expressed that he was unable to meet her demands, she left the house after 8 days and disappeared. The police found a dead body and when the post-mortem was not done, the police had the body cremated.

Aarti's father reached the police to investigate his missing daughter. The police showed him the photo and clothes of the deceased woman and he identified her as his daughter. Aarti's father accused Sonu Saini and Gopal Saini of killing her. The two are not out on bail.

DCW Chief Demands Arrest Of Husband Accused By Woman Cop Of Assault

The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) Chairperson Swati Maliwal issued a notice to the Delhi police in connection with a viral video. The video allegedly showed a woman sub-inspector being beaten by her husband.

The woman cop alleged that her husband constantly abused and beat her.

Maliwal said in a letter, "It is very unfortunate that a woman police officer had to approach social media to seek action against her husband."

Pune Woman Attacks Vet After Pet's Death

A woman along with four others assaulted Dr Ramnath Dhage, and ransacked his pet clinic after her pet cat passed away.

Dr Dhage was the veterinary doctor who oversaw the treatment and sustained serious injuries due to the assault.

A case of physical assault has been lodged against the accused and the entire attack was captured on the CCTV camera.

Marrying Another Woman Without Wife's Consent Is Cruelty

The Bombay High Court held that a husband marrying another woman during the existence of another marriage without his wife's consent constitutes cruelty.

The bench remarked that marrying another woman during the existence of the first marriage would "most likely cause trauma and grave injury to the mental health of the first wife, unless it has been done with the consent of the first wife".
