Who Is Tokata Iron Eyes? 18-Year-Old Activist, Singer And Songwriter

Actor Ezra Miller has been accused of grooming activist Tokata Iron Eyes from the age of twelve. Tokata Iron Eyes’ parents Chase Iron Eyes and Sara Jumping Eagle accused Miller and filed court documents in the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court.

Ezra Miller has been accused of “physically and emotionally abusing” Tokata Iron Eyes. Her parents also alleged that Miller was “psychologically manipulating, physically intimidating, and endangering the safety and welfare” of Iron Eyes.

Following the allegations against Miller, Iron Eyes took to Instagram and made a statement that the allegations are false. She said that Ezra Miller “provided loving support and invaluable protection”. To this, Iron Eyes’ mother responded by tweeting, “My daughter Tokata Iron Eyes has not had a phone since Jan 2022”. She alleged that Miller had taken control of Iron Eyes’ Instagram account and asked people to contact her if they had information regarding Iron Eyes’ location.

Who is Tokata Iron Eyes?

• 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes is a member of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe and an activist. Iron Eyes is also a singer and songwriter.
• Tokata Iron Eyes is the daughter of activist, attorney, and politician Chase Iron Eyes and paediatrician and activist, Dr Sara Jumping Eagle.
• At the age of nine, Iron Eyes began her activism when she testified against a uranium mine in Black Hills, South Dakota.
• Iron Eyes had met Great Thunberg at George Washing University and they held multiple rallies together in North Dakota and South Dakota in 2019.
• Iron Eyes attended Bard College at Simon Rock. According to her parents, Ezra Miller had paid her college fee and used it to create a feeling of “indebtedness”.
  
  Iron Eyes dropped out of college in December 2021, and her parents say that they travelled to Miller’s home in January 2022 and found that Iron Eyes didn’t have her driver’s license, keys, or bank cards.
• According to Chase Iron Eyes and Sara Jumping Eagle, Tokata Iron Eyes and Ezra Miller met in 2016 at the Stand Rock Reservation protests in North Dakota when Iron Eyes was 12 and Miller was 23.
