Sudipa Chatterjee, the anchor of a popular Bengali television show, reportedly had her social media account hacked. Her Instagram account was also allegedly used to post obscene pictures of her.
She learned about the incident after her friends and followers on social media notified her about it. Chatterjee and her husband, Agnidev Chatterjee, have filed a cyber-crime complaint against the unknown person who hacked her account.
Fans were outraged when they saw objectionable photographs of her on her Facebook page. Many of them sent her texts in an attempt to get her attention. Her friends in the entertainment sector were also aware of the pictures and alerted her. When the host viewed the images, she was taken aback, she claimed. She informed her fans of the hack via social media. Chatterjee's husband, too, used social media to reach out to his fans. The couple decided to submit a complaint with the cyber cell and seek police assistance in resolving the problem.
