Who Is Priti Murthy? The Newly Appointed President of GroupM Services India

Who Is Priti Murthy: Priti Murthy has been named as the President of GroupM Services India. Besides that, Priti would also be part of the GroupM India Executive Committee.

In her new role, she will be leading the centre of delivery excellence that constitutes of biddable, non-biddable, reporting and analytics. She will also be working in close proximity with agencies and understand their needs. She will incorporate best-in-class delivery metrics with 'improvise and improve' as the approach to continued excellence.

She will be working closely with GroupM’s regional leadership team in ensuring seamless adoption of the initiatives taken. She will report to Prasanth Kumar CEO, South Asia GroupM and Jon Thurlow, COO, Asia Pacific GroupM

Prasanth Kumar said in a statement that GroupM India leadership team has got another remarkable leader.

Priti is an industry veteran who has spent a large part of her career with Group M. She has been in the industry for 22+ years. She has held multiple roles within Wavemaker (née Maxus Global) during her 13-year-stint. She contributed to the organisation in a great way. She was the Chief Strategy Officer at Maxus Global and that was her last held role with GroupM. She has been the Chief Executive Officer of OMD India for the last 4 years.

She said in a statement that she is delighted to join GroupM. It is an opportunity for her to walk the path to the future transformation of GroupM offerings in the marketplace. She also aims at magnifying the operational excellence that it is known for. She said she will play the role of bringing in the right mix of talent, process and tech to ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement for biddable and non-biddable media for partners and clients.
