Kaviya Maran was once again the centre of attention for all cricket fans on Saturday when the IPL 2022 Mega Auction kicked off in Bengaluru on February 12.  She was initially called the "mystery girl" when she appeared at an IPL match earlier since few people knew who she was.

The mega auction for the IPL 2022 season took place on February 12 and 13. The IPL 2022 mega auction will commence at 11 a.m. IST on both dates in Bengaluru, and live coverage of the IPL 2022 mega auction will be available on both dates. In India, the auction will be broadcast live on Star Sports Network, with live streaming available on the Disney+ Hotstar app and website.

A total of 1214 players had registered for the auction, ranging from unknown domestic Indian cricketers to the greatest names in international cricket. However, the final number of auction participants has been reduced from 600 to 600. There are 377 Indian players and 223 international players.

Meanwhile, Kaviya Maran, with her attendance at the IPL 2022 super auction, has once again had the internet talking.
