Who Is Holly Ramsay? Meet Gordon Ramsay's Daughter Who Opened Up On Her PTSD Battle

Holly Ramsay, the daughter of British chef, Gordon Ramsay, recently spoke about her battle with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) she had to deal with after she was sexually assaulted at 18.

She spoke about this on her podcast, 21 & Over, which is focused on mental health. She said that it took her almost a year, to tell her family about how she was sexually assaulted twice. “I went to university, studied fashion design, and I loved it. But by the second half of the first year, I was being affected by my PTSD and I had no idea that this was happening,” she was quoted saying.

She also said that she goes for therapy about three times a week and that her family has been truly supportive of her.

“Having three siblings and now an extra one has been great. It’s brought me closer to them in many ways and the same with my parents. I’ve lost friends. It’s definitely a journey. But I hope that by speaking out I can help other people,” she added.
