The woman from the viral video is identified as Aana Arora, who is a personal coach according to her social media bio on Instagram. She has 80.4 k followers on her Instagram account as of now. In one of her videos posted a week ago, she is seen doing push-ups while wearing a lehenga.

The viral video features, Aana Arora dressed as a bride. She is seen wearing a red, heavily embroidered Lehenga. Arora is also pumped up with heavy bridal makeup. She is seen wearing wedding jewellery too on her head, neck and face which appears to be heavy. Apart from this, Arora also has heavy bridal bangles on.

While a lot of women find it difficult to manage the heavy makeup and bridal clothes and jewellery, Arora is seen doing push-ups in them. The video is an example of how women can literally turn all sorts of inconveniences in their favour.
