According to reports, Victoria Beckham, also known by her band name Posh Girl, will be reuniting with girl band Spice Girls for a docu-series which will revolve around their behind-the-scenes activities and rise to fame. Spice Girls is a British band which was formed in 1994 and comprised of Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham. The band primarily focused on the young female fanbase and became the pop culture icons of the 90s. Their debut single Wannabe was released in 1996 and became the No. 1 hit in 37 countries. The docuseries will be helmed by the team of The Last Dance.

Mel B mentioned in an interview in Australia, "The director and the whole concept of how that was shot and filmed is really, really, really good. So we’ll be doing our own version with them." She further added, "My kids go, "Mummy, your music has come full circle", and I’m thinking, "Ooh they’re going to compliment me". Then I get told, "It’s come full circle because now you’re just vintage". Old but good."

It is also rumoured that two of the Spice Girls will be seen on the Masked Singer Australia Season 4, however the reports have not been confirmed yet. One band member, along with Mel B, might appear on the show. Scary Spice earlier signed to be the judge on the show along with Abbie Chatfield, Chrissie Swan and Dave Hughes. Victoria Beckham also performed the 1997 hit Stop from the album Spiceworld during a karaoke session on a family trip. Husband David Beckham proudly shot her video and captioned, "Karaoke night with the one & only Posh Spice."

The group previously reunited in 2019 for a tour, however, Beckham was not present. The girl band will be reuniting as Geri Halliwell will turn 50 this September and the girls will be performing for the first time since 2012 Olympics. A source told The Sun, "One of the girls turning 50 is a massive deal — they all want to mark the occasion in style, and reuniting after a decade seems the perfect time."
