Transwoman activist’s demise followed by her partner's death, who was found hanging in his flat, has made the case suspicious which is already under investigation by the Kerala government.

According to TOI, the autopsy of Anannyah Kumari Alex, who died at Kalamassery medical college, was conducted by a two-member expert panel on Thursday. Later, the body was handed over to the transgender community. Alex’s body was kept at her fellow community member’s home for some time and then taken to her native place at Peruman in Kollam.

As per reports, the autopsy report suggests unnatural death and it will be submitted on Friday to the Kalamassery police.

Anannyah Kumari Alex had filed nomination papers to contest in the Assembly Elections from the Democratic Social Justice Party (DSJP) from the Vengara Constituency in Malappuram district in April this year.
