She was seen protesting loudly towards the end of the minute-long silence which was observed for the deceased royal. The police officers then took the woman away from Windsor Castle and St George’s Chapel, where the funeral of the former Duke of Edinburgh was taking place.

Later on, the police got hold of clothing that is believed to have been worn by the woman. She was seen running towards the road, shouting “save the planet” just after the crowd started clapping after the minute-long silence.

The topless woman had also jumped onto the statue of Queen Victoria after which the police lead her away from Castle Hill.

Only 30 guests present at Prince Philip's funeral

Prince Philip's funeral was a low-key event for which only 30 guests were in attendance. This was due to the COVID-19 restrictions that are in place in the United Kingdom. However, the funeral had a strong military presence, with more than 700 military personnel present at the moment.

Queen Elizabeth II was seen sitting alone in St George’s Chapel, with her head bowed.

Prince Philip's funeral procession witnessed the reunion of the members of the royal family. The procession witnessed Prince Charles, Prince Edward, and Prince Andrew; daughter Princess Anne; grandsons Prince William, Prince Harry, and Peter Phillips; nephew David Linley, the Earl of Snowdon; and son-in-law Sir Timothy Laurence walking behind the coffin of the Duke of Edinburgh. The Queen did not participate in the funeral procession. Members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, British Army and Royal Air Force were all present.

Although they weren't dressed in their uniforms, several members of the royal family wore their military medals.

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex and the wife of Prince Harry had earlier announced that she won't be attending Prince Philip's funeral due to her pregnancy. According to a report, the Duchess will be watching the funeral from her home in California, United States.
