The Lotus Boulevard Society blocked the main road outside The Starlink mall in protest against Noida Authority.

Reportedly, the toddler was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and had to go through surgery at Noida’s Yatharth Hospital. The surgery was unsuccessful and the toddler passed away this morning in the hospital.

A resident claimed that the toddler’s attack did not mark the first incident of a stray dog attacking someone in the residential society. The resident said, “It happens every 3-4 months.”

The resident added that residents complained about stray dogs attacking people in the society to the Noida authority and the AOA. However, neither the Noida authority nor the AOA took any action.
