Kangana Ranaut claims that Akshay Kumar praised her after Thalaivi film trailer was released

About a day ago, Kangana Ranaut said that none of the Bollywood actors praised her openly after the release of the Thalaivi film trailer. She claimed that Bollywood actors like Akshay Kumar had secretly called her and messaged her in order to shower compliments upon her film's trailer.

Before that on April 2, the actor stated that she has never shied away from praising her Bollywood contemporaries whether it is Deepika Padukone, Taapsee Pannu, Alia Bhatt, etc. She was referring to a video that was tweeted by a fan that proved her statements.

Recently, she was questioned by television actor Kishwer Merchant about her mask. She was photographed entering a dubbing studio in Mumbai and was seen without a mask. Very soon, Kishwer Merchant was trolled by Kangana Ranaut's fans for questioning her. She also opened up about the messages that Kangana's fans sent her. “I only questioned why Kangana was not wearing a face mask when in public and her fans have been messaging me and saying that I should first win four national awards as Kangana has done and then do the talking," she said in a video message.

The new release date for the Thalaivi film hasn't been announced yet. The film will be released at one time in three languages such as Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Kangana Ranaut will be portraying Tamil Nadu's former chief minister J Jayalalithaa. It will revolve around her acting journey, which will subsequently move onto her entry into Tamil Nadu politics.
