Ricks then engaged in a verbal spat with Lynch and another co-worker and attacked the two. Ricks then dragged Lynch through her hair outside the restaurant and stomped her head on the concrete twice, he then returned and punched her repetitively while also kicking and thrashing her; resulting in a fractured skull, broken nose, and many severe injuries.
