In Nagla's Government Secondary School, Meera, a resident of Deeg, is employed as a physical education instructor. Her student, Kalpana, was from the same school. During the school's physical education classes, Meera and Kalpana became friends. They fell in love after meeting at school.

However, because they were the same gender, they had problems getting married. In spite of his desire to be a boy, Meera claimed that she fell in love with Kalpana while they were interacting on the school playground. Meera, who is now Aarav Kuntal, told reporters, "Everything is fair in love and that is why I changed my gender."
