Sunitha Upadrashta Gets Engaged, Shares News On Instagram

Sunitha Upadrashta, Telugu singer and dubbing artist, shared the news of her engagement with a businessman, Ram Veerapaneni, on Instagram. In a caption shared with an intimate engagement ceremony pictures, she said, " Like every mother, I dream of settling my children down well. At the same time I am blessed with wonderful and thoughtful children and parents who always want to see me well settled in life.... the moment has finally come... Ram has entered my life as a caring friend and a wonderful partner.."

This will be her second marriage. Upadrasta is a mother of a son and a daughter. She got first married at the age of 19 to Kiran Kumar Goparaju.

"We both are delighted to enter into wedlock very soon. Thanks to all my well-wishers who understand that I keep my life very private," she further added. In the post, she has shared the pictures of her family with her partner Ram.

Ram Veerapaneni, Upadrasta's husband to be, is the managing director of two digital media companies, Mango Mass Media and Whacked Out Pvt Ltd.

The 42-year-old singer, Sunitha Upadrashta is a national award winner for her playback singing from All India Radio. She is also a nine-time recipient of Nandi awards, the most prestigious awards in the Telugu Film Industry. The title song of the Telugu film Antharangalu won her the award first time in 1999. She is also known for giving her voice to many female actors in Telugu movies. Upadrashta  made her debut in Telugu playback singing with the song Ee Velalo Neevu in 1995 film Gulabi. She was 17 then. She also sang a song in the National Award Winning 1997 Kannada film Bhoomi Geetha.
