Pooja Dadlani Influenced Witnesses: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday opposed the bail plea filed by actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan. He was arrested earlier this month in the cruise drugs seizure case. He said that besides being a consumer of drugs, he was also involved in illicit drug trafficking.

As per the agency, Aryan Khan along with Shahrukh Khan's manager Pooja Dadlani were tampering with the evidence and witnesses in the case in an attempt to derail the investigation, as per report.
"This is evident from the contents of a purported affidavit of one Prabhakar Sail," the agency said, referring to the allegations of extortion attempt made by Sail, an independent witness in the case. The affidavit also referred to Pooja Dadlani and said "this lady appears to have influenced panch witnesses when the investigation is ongoing".
In reply, Aryan Khan said he had no links with the goings-on outside pertaining to allegations and counter-allegations between the NCB and a political leader. His legal team further said that they are not making any allegations against anybody in the NCB and have no links with the ‘Panch-Witness’ Sail or his purported employer and another ‘Panch-Witness’ Kiran Gosavi.
Now, both the NCB reply and the bail plea are now slated to be argued by Khan’s lawyers former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi. This will be done along with senior advocates like Amit Desai and Satish Maneshinde.
The bail pleas of two other accused in the drug case Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha will also be heard today. They all, including Aryan Khan, have been sent to judicial custody till October 30 by the Special NDPS Court.
