Serena Williams' husband slams her haters
Alexis Ohanian silenced Williams' critic Ion Tiriac, the director of the Madrid Open who said that Williams would retire "if she had a little decency". A Romanian publication named ProSport said that Serena should retire from Tennis as her age and weight restricts her to move easily.
"If she had a little decency, she would retire! From all points of view." I'll wait while you find a quote from him about a white male player on the tour... let alone one who is as dominant. You won't. Bc someone like him is too comfortable trying to tell black women what to do.

The United States has a very complicated history of racism. Granted he's from a country, Romania, that is very homogenous, but one can only excuse so much ignorance in 2021. There are some great documentaries on the subject if you'd like to learn more: https://t.co/zzb1XTZLJp

That's when Alexis decided to give Ion a fitting reply. "It's safe to say no one gives a damn what Ion Tiriac thinks," he said. He further lashed out at him by calling Tiriac a "racist/sexist clown."
Good thing no one listens to that racist sexist 🤡 Ion Țiriac https://t.co/Dz0LVephE0
