Australian actor Rebel Melanie Elizabeth Wilson, known for her performance in Pitch Perfect, Bridesmaids, and How To Be Single, shared about her terrifying ordeal on a talk show with Ant Middleton. She revealed that in Africa she was kidnapped at gunpoint and held was held captive overnight by the attackers who possessed big weapons.
The 40-year-old actress opened up that she was with other women on a cattle truck when men possessing big guns told them to get down and took them along to an unfamiliar place.

The actress went on to narrate the scene in detail. She described, "They took us to a house in the middle of nowhere. I felt like I was very good in the crisis. I was like a team leader. They sat us down, and I said, 'Everybody link arms,' because I was petrified in the night that they might want to take one of the girls or something.”
