Ranveer Singh Invited To FIFA World Cup Final As India's Ambassador

Actor Ranveer Singh has been invited to attend and represent India at the FIFA World Cup Final in Qatar. Singh has always been a sport enthusiast. Earlier in last month, he was seen attending NBA games in the US.

Singh is regarded as one of the best actors and his popularity has reached overseas, making him a globe youth icon.  A report in Bollywood Hungama read, “Ranveer has become a cultural phenomenon globally. He represents the aspirational youth of India globally and is the perfect ambassador to be there at the FIFA World Cup finals.”

-Ranveer will be flying to Qatar to attend the biggest sporting event on December 18.

- December 18 will witness two of the best countries in world football lock horns to win the FIFA World Cup 2022.

-Ranveer Singh will attend the event for a day and will have a host of key meetings with multiple global footballing icons, who are also being finalised to attend the marquee event, as per the report.

-French Football icon Zinedine Zidane and Singh headlined the prestigious Adidas x Yohji Yamamoto (Y-3) campaign!

-At the NBA Games in Abu Dhabi, Singh recently met basketball stars Shaquille O’Neal and Vince Carter.

-Padmaavat actor also interacted with the upcoming stars Trae Young and Giannis Antetokounmpo!

-Ranveer Singh is also set to be honoured at the prestigious Marrakesh Film Festival with the Étoile d’or Award. So far it has honoured to stalwart Indian icons Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan.
