Woman Claims BJP MLA To Be Her Baby's Father, MLA Files Blackmail Complaint Against Her

Rajkumar Patil Telkur, BJP MLA, filed a complaint against a woman who claimed that he is the father of her first child and demanded two crore rupees for abandoning her after a relationship. The woman alleged that the minister was involved with her and also shared pictures with him on social media. Bengaluru Police had filed a complaint against her and the minister claims that she is conspiring against him in order to defame him.

The 44-year-old BJP MLA, Rajkumar Patil Telkur has filed a blackmail complaint against a woman claiming that the minister should take the responsibility of her first child alleging him to be his father. The woman released a video through her advocates in which she alleged that the MLA had a relationship with her and her first child belongs to him.

She also demanded two crore rupees from the BJP MLA claiming that he cheated her and should take responsibility for his child. According to the reports of Bengaluru Police, the minister was acquainted with the woman and her husband since 2009 and helped the couple settle a land dispute in 2013.

BJP MLA Files Blackmail Complaint Against Woman

Telkur claimed that the woman is conspiring against him along with the ministers of the opposition in order to defame him. The woman also shared pictures with the minister on the social media asking for justice from the Chief Minister. Rajkumar Patil Telkur filed a complaint with Vidhana Soudha Police as soon as the news of his alleged illegitimate child had spread. The woman challenged him to swear on her 14-year-old child and deny her claims of him being his father.

Rajkumar Patil claimed that the woman had been blackmailing him since 2018. She divorced her former husband six years ago and now lives with her second husband along with three kids. “I know the MLA since childhood. We come from the same place. He has agreed that he is the father of my son, there is no dispute about it. Now, I am asking for justice for my son, "the woman claimed.

Rajkumar Patil Telkur is the BJP MLA from Sedam in Karnataka. He is aspiring a position in the Karnataka cabinet under the government of Basavaraj Bommai.
