Priyanka Chaturvedi Sends Defamation Notice To BJP MLAs And Singer

Priyanka Chaturvedi, Member of Parliament(MP) from Shiv Sena has sent legal notice to the BJP leaders and a singer involved in spreading lies about her “Veer Sarvarkar” comment. The notice was served by Priyanka Chaturvedi through her lawyer Ashish K Pandey on December 8, 2021.

The MP from Maharashtra and Deputy Leader of Shiv Sena, Priyanka Chaturvedi has also asked for an apology from the parties involved. In case they fail to do so, she has warned them of a civil and criminal defamation proceeding.

Priyanka Chaturvedi Defamation Notice:

Chaturvedi has issued notice to BJP MLA’s Ashish Shelar and Atul Bhatkhalkar along with the singer Bharat Balvalli.

She has been the National Spokesperson for her party Shiv Sena and according to her, the lies spread by Shelar, Bhatkhalkar and Balvalli has caused damage to her as well as the party’s reputation. Shelar, in a press conference on December 2, 2021 claimed that Chaturvedi had insulted Sarvarkar.

In her notice, Chaturvedi has made clear that no such statement against the leader has been made by her and the lies against her by the involved parties is causing the loss of reputation that she had built over years with hard work and dedication. “This might be a part of wider criminal conspiracy to not only defame her but also instigate law and order situation  causing disturbance to the peace, tranquility and social harmony in Maharashtra derailing it from the path of development”, read the notice served by Priyanka Chaturvedi.
