In Rajasthan, Daughters Thrash Father Over Extramarital Affair In Viral Video: Reports

Daughters thrashing father video: Two women were seen thrashing a man, reportedly their father, in the middle of a road in Rajasthan's Bhilwara in a video that is doing rounds on social media. As per reports, the man was in an alleged extramarital affair with another woman. A complaint hasn't yet been registered in the case.

The man's alleged affair had disrupted the family's household and affected his wife deeply, his daughters said, as per India Today. He was travelling with his partner in Hanuman Nagar when his daughters intercepted his vehicle and reportedly beat him up on Thursday.

"Are you not ashamed?" they asked him while he was physically assaulted. The man is seen confronting them for making their personal affairs public.

Daughters Thrashing Father Video Goes Viral: Similar Assault Incidents

According to reports, the road altercation in Bhilwara continued for around an hour. The video shows the woman allegedly in a relationship with the man was also brutally beaten and slammed to the road by the two daughters. A crowd of locals surrounding the car managed to intervene and the woman being assaulted fled the scene.

Another such video of an assault incident over an alleged affair recently went viral from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Earlier this month, a woman thrashed her husband and another woman at a gym, accusing them of having a relationship. In the viral video, she was seen pulling the hair of her husband and his alleged partner, and beating them with slippers.

A case was registered against her under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). More here.

In June this year, a woman in West Bengal was paraded naked as "punishment" for a suspected extramarital affair; six people were booked in the case. A month earlier, a woman in Tripura had died by suicide after being similarly humiliated by locals over accusations of an extramarital affair. Read here.
