Prince Narula On Yuvika Choudhary Controversy: Here's What Happened

Addressing those he claimed were trolling Choudhary, Narula wrote, "Before trolling, please note whether the person has said the word with knowledge of its meaning or not... We both love you." On his Instagram stories, he reiterated, "Trolls... Yuvika has said sorry 100 times, she never hurts anyone."

Choudhary on May 25 apologised for her vlog after activists and netizens called for action against her under the Scheduled Castes - Scheduled Tribes Act, saying she "didn't know the meaning" of what she said.

By way of social media, audiences have been pulling up actors and celebrities for their actions of late. Munmun Dutta, actor on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, was also widely criticised for uttering the same slur as Choudhary earlier this month. It had led to her being booked under the SC/ST Act.
