We all live a dual life – sometimes for the sake of fandom, sometimes for loved ones and sometimes, well it just shows.
Recently, at the Toronto Film Festival, noted photographer Andrew H Walker wanted to showcase some popular celebrities’ dual lives and how each one of them portray the same persona on and off the camera.

Andrew H. Walker is known as a “A-list” celebrity photographer and yet not the first time in his life, he captured the real essence – tried a different framing – two faces side by side, enabling a portrayal of comparison between them.
“[Actors] have, not only this personal inside voice, but they have a public persona that they put out there, and they also have their private self,” said Walker, a staff photographer at Shutterstock, in an interview with Mashable. “There’s this whole other layer of themselves as people. I found that really, really intriguing.”
Walker brought together a few stars on a table, placed a piece of tape and asked them to pose on either side of it and to reveal what’s we commonly known as “public” and “private” selves.
He further added, “Having done this before, I know that celebrities are very guarded about their image, and so I was really nervous about how to start this and what the response was going to be.” Walker said. “I have to say, 95 per cent were so willing and interested in doing something.”
Needless to say, the exploring worked and the results will surely amaze you!!
The album has both men and women stars, but we FOCUS on the women here:
Comedian Jane Lynch
So who’s your faviourite amongst them!! We like them all.
